We make switching simple and easy

Making the switch couldn't be easier! Just complete the Make the Switch form and send it to us and we will take care of the rest. No need to contact your current Property Manager or deal with the handover - leave it in our capable hands.

  1. Owner requirements:

    • Complete the ‘Make the Switch’ form and send to Just Property Management (JPM)

    • Sign the JPM Management authority

  2. Just Property Management actions:

    • Contact your current agency with the Make the Switch request

    • Contact your current tenant to introduce ourselves and arrange a visit to the property prior to the handover date

    • Handle all comms with the current agency and request the relevant tenancy information and documentation

    • Organise the collection of the management keys from the current agency

    • Ensure a smooth transition for current tenants keeping everything streamlined for them and hassle-free

    • Ensure the tenants are made aware of any changes they need to make for rental payments and other matters ahead of time

    • Deal with the change of landlord process for the bond held for the current tenancy

 Terms and Conditions

  • Property to be viewed by a Just Property Management representative prior to the takeover date

  • Management authority is to be completed by the owner before the takeover date

  • Just Property Management reserves the right to decline management at our discretion

  • The property must be compliant with all legislative requirements including healthy homes standards

  • Please note the standard notice period is generally one month but check your contract for applicable terms for your agreement
