Part of the Just Paterson Family, our team at Just Property Management come with years of experience in property.

We’ve been tenants, home owners, landlords, agents and investors – and we know happy tenants, equals happy home owners.

We aim to bring integrity, service and relationship building back to property management across Wellington. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, our commitment to people and our determination to listen and treat everyone with fairness and respect. James Moran - General Manager

Having worked in the Property industry for over fourteen years, both in the UK and New Zealand, James has gained extensive experience on how to successfully manage property and look after clients and tenants alike.

His background as a property manager, as well as overseeing a successful property management division has given him an in depth understanding of what it takes to run a successful property management operation and how to achieve the best results for his clients.

Honesty & pro-active communication are traits that James considers invaluable to building lasting and trusting relationships with clients so that they can be at ease knowing their investment property is in good hands.

Raewyn Hosey - Senior Property Manager

Raewyn is simply a superstar of property management with over 17 years’ experience as a property manager. Her background working in a close-knit team has meant that she has been fully involved with all aspects of property management rather than focusing on specific or limited areas. As a result, she has a wealth of knowledge of the various elements which make for successful management of residential investment property.

Dealing directly with owners, tenants and contractors Raewyn aims to ensure clear and prompt lines of communication. She effectively deals with arranging day to day maintenance of properties plus assisting owners with larger renovation work. Raewyn is a fantastic communicator with a great eye for detail and sets high standards both of herself and in respect to the properties that she manages.

Tammy Frahm-Powis - Property Manager

Tammy joined the Just Property team having gained experience in the industry managing a large portfolio of properties across the Wellington region.

With an ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers from a variety of backgrounds, Tammy is a real people person and enjoys ensuring clients properties are well managed and tenants have a great experience renting.

Accompanying this, her skills from her previous roles in the banking industry and wedding planning ensure she is process driven, organised and focussed - able to juggle a variety of tasks at any time which is essential in the Property Management industry.

Jennifer Dando - Property Manager

With a background in government roles, Jennifer prides herself on her organisational and problem solving abilities and has proven her ability to work in fast paced scenarios dealing with very sensitive and complex situations, keeping a cool head throughout.

During her OE in the UK, Jennifer held roles within the travel industry and enjoyed working with a variety of clients and ensuring a high level of detail in her work.

These skills are now being utilised within her role as our Property Manager, ensuring the efficient and pro-active management of her clients’ properties.

Elina Bensemann - Property Manager

Elina has gained a range of skills through her career to date which make her an ideal property manager. Originally from Sweden, her move to New Zealand incorporated time living and working in Scotland, UK spending time working in the banking sector.

Working in a customer focussed role once she arrived in New Zealand, Elina decided to focus on the property industry and has spent the last two years working and honing her skills in the Property Management industry locally.

We are very pleased to have her on our team, utilising her customer service and problem solving skills in order to ensure clients’ properties are effectively managed and tenants have an excellent experience renting with us.

Scott Taylor - Business Development Manager

Originally from Scotland, Scott has been involved in property both in the Manawatu and Wellington Regions for the last 18 years.

The industry knowledge, pro-activeness, and integrity he has acquired over the years on property and property matters brings calmness and confidence to property owners which makes it easy entrusting in him to resolve any issues or problems.

His involvement in community events and sports over the last two decades plays a massive part in Scott’s day to day life. Both playing and coaching Football at top levels around New Zealand and Scotland has strengthened his leadership skill making it one of Scott’s main attributes.

Being a family man also gives him a perfect life balance and helps him deal with day-to-day issues easily. Scott is a very approachable person and is willing lend anyone a hand no matter how big the problem may be.

Kristi Dahm - Property Manager

Having explored the world first hand, to organising global adventures for others, Kristi brings a unique skill set that blends quality and attention to detail.

Her extensive experience in the events sector has meant she is well equipped to navigate complex, fast-paced situations—perfectly suited for the dynamic field of Property Management.

As a Property Manager, Kristi's keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills shine. She efficiently manages a portfolio of rental properties and cheerfully supports her team with various daily tasks, always with a spring in her step!

Our commitment to a better world to live in includes our ongoing support for the extraordinary work of The Malaghan Institute. This amazing, world-class team of researchers are helping to find new ways to detect and treat cancer. Just Paterson has been supporting The Malaghan Institute for 10 years, and we will do the same. A percentage of every rental fee we receive goes towards funding these gifted scientists.
