Elina has gained a range of skills through her career to date which make her an ideal property manager. Originally from Sweden, her move to New Zealand incorporated time living and working in Scotland, UK spending time working in the banking sector.

Working in a customer focussed role once she arrived in New Zealand, Elina decided to focus on the property industry and has spent the last two years working and honing her skills in the Property Management industry locally.

We are very pleased to have her on our team, utilising her customer service and problem solving skills in order to ensure clients’ properties are effectively managed and tenants have an excellent experience renting with us.

What We Offer

Professional Management

Want all the bells and whistles from the Wellington rental management experts? Our full service property management is for those owners who want all aspects of their rental property taken care of for them.

This comprehensive letting service includes:
Finding and selecting tenants, arranging maintenance, collecting & monitoring rent including regular rent reviews and handling of all tenancy related queries.

Simple fee structure of a $595 plus GST tenant placement fee then 8.95% plus GST of rent collected thereafter. We do not charge additional fees for any of the following tasks:

  • Quarterly inspections

  • Arranging Maintenance

  • Rent Collection & Arrears Management

  • Monthly and Annual Financial Reports

  • Tenancy Tribunal Attendance

A portion of our property management fees are donated to the Malaghan Institute to support cancer research.

Tenant Finder

Looking for a simple, one-off tenant finder service without the wider rental management items? Our Tenant Finder option is for owners just like you who want us to find tenants and manage the tenancy themselves includes:

  • Photos

  • Advertising & Viewings

  • Tenant selection and Background checks

  • Credit checks on prospective tenants

  • Tenancy contract & Bond lodgement

  • Key handover

One off fee of $1,350 plus GST.
