The Tapi Concierge widget can be found on the tenant page of our website. Our clients can use it to advise us of any maintenance concerns or issues at a time to suit them - it operates 24/7. The concierge is essentially an online chat bot that assists with the following:

  • Advises maintenance

  • Triages issues on the spot

  • Provides useful suggestions

  • The job is sent to the property manager with details provided by the client

Currently over 65% of all maintenance requests logged for Just Property Management clients are being received via the tenant concierge widget, showing just how easy and accessible it is to use. In addition, we receive a better picture of the issue being reported leading to a quicker turn around time and more efficient resolutions for tenants. Tenants can also see the progress of each job in real time, update and send further information through the Tapi portal.

Early advice of any maintenance issues identified at our properties is always welcomed. We can better ensure that the property is well maintained and functioning as it should for our tenant clients, meaning they can enjoy their home and know we are on call as needed.
